We do not use your account or app data for advertising or marketing purposes. Marketing emails go only to people who have separately opted into our email list, not to every account holder, and every email includes an unsubscribe link you can use at any time.
Some apps include optional team sharing features. You control who you share access with, and you can revoke access at any time from within the app's settings.
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore, hosted in Google's cloud infrastructure. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and app hosting. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
If you sign up for our email list, we use MailerLite as our email service provider to store your signup details and send our emails. MailerLite acts as a data processor on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms, available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy. No other third-party data processors are used.
Your app data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at support@annicastudios.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Some apps also offer in-app account deletion.
If you've signed up for our email list, your email address (and optional name) is retained in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing removes you from future emails immediately; to have your subscriber record fully deleted rather than just unsubscribed, contact us at support@annicastudios.com.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or an export of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@annicastudios.com.
If you're on our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by contacting us directly, without affecting any separate app account you may have.
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
