Some apps include optional team sharing features. You control who you share access with, and you can revoke access at any time from within the app's settings.
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore, hosted in Google's cloud infrastructure. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and app hosting. No other third-party data processors are used. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at support@annicastudios.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Some apps also offer in-app account deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or an export of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@annicastudios.com.
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
